Avoid the piercing stare of the panopticon's watchful eye as you move from cell to cell, attempting to make your way into the central tower.

[WASD] to move

[Esc] to close game

There is only one way down to the bottom, 

many dead ends,

and blocked paths and ramps...

Don't be afraid to go back to a cell and take another path, if you get caught you will have to start from the first cell again

I made this game with the goal in mind of getting it done in 1 week, and I was able to finish it on time. I might come back to it some time soon.
